TV star Angela Griffin on scene at Verwood road accident

A ROAD in Verwood was closed for several hours after a car and van collided on Saturday.
The emergency services, including the air ambulance, were called at around 12.10pm to Home Farm Road.
Also on the scene was TV star Angela Griffin filming for her show Emergency.
A silver Mercedes A160 and a white VW Transporter panel van, both registered to local keepers, were involved. Police said a woman was taken to hospital suffering from whiplash.
The road was reopened at around 4.50pm once the scene had been cleared, police said.
David Leigh, who took this picture of the smash, said: “It was pretty dramatic.”
